REPAIR SERVICES

Mobile Valve Repairs Limited boasts a professional, fully trained and accredited team of repair technicians, high-pressure field service technicians, machinists and welders to service all makes of gate, globe, ball, check, non-return, main-stop, pressure seal, control, safety and safety-relief valves, both in-shop and on-site at our customers location.

Safety & Quality
Today, more than ever, both safety and quality are of tremendous importance. Clients choose us because they know we come with all the requisite safety and quality training and experience necessary. Our advanced technical team adheres to strict safety regulations, certified by provincial regulatory agencies (NSCSA & DOL), and constantly follow our detailed ISO 9002 quality control program, certified by the international quality accreditation leader, Lloyd's Register.

In addition, our company maintains certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and is licensed by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBIC) with a "VR" stamp that accredits us to inspect, repair, set, test and certify all makes and models of safety and safety-relief valves.

Mobile Valve Repairs Ltd. is a fully accredited repair facility for Dresser Industries, and follows detailed operating procedures and instructions as a Consolidated Green Tag Center for safety and safety relief valve assembly and repair, and also a Masoneilan Authorized Repair Center (MARC) for Control Valves. These programs include certified technician training, test equipment and ensure the use of genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.


Testing
We are extremely proud of the pioneering role we have played within the industry in developing some of our own equipment to test and certify a variety of valves, and our close association with Dresser Industries gives our company access to advances specialized testing equipment. At Mobile Valve, we have testing capabilities to test:


Safety valves up to 1600 psig - Steam
Safety valves up to 3000 psig - Air
Relief valves up to 6000 psig - Liquid; and
Hydrostatic capabilities up to 20,000 psig


Service
Mobile Valve Repairs Ltd. guarantees 24-hour Emergency support services and when appropriate, provides both on-site and in-situ electronic valve testing (EVT) as part of our commitment to the region's burgeoning offshore and gas industries, we have developed our own self-contained workshops for repair, testing and certification of a variety of different valve types. These portable, fully outfitted workshops are approved and operated by certified technicians.
